This month all ARMA staff have decided to register for STEPtember to help raise money and awareness to improve the lives of children and adults who live with cerebral palsy. The challenge has been set.. 10,000 steps everyday for the whole month. Better step started!
Giving back to the community is a core value of the ARMA Team. Charities such as the Mark Hughes Foundation is certainly a worthy cause and one that ARMA is proud to support for the fourth year running. Unfortunately our annual group photo wasn't possible this year, but luckily our team had no problem taking a selfie.

Large parts of Australia have been devastated by the recent bushfires, many of which are still ongoing. We have all been inspired by stories of heroism as well as saddened by the tragedies that have occurred as a result of this crisis. In an effort to raise much needed funds to assist those who have been affected, ARMA in partnership with our office neighbors Liquid Ideas, Four Pillars Gin and dusk Australasia ran a fundraising BBQ, raffle, silent auction and donation bins. Plenty of fun was had this morning after our office wide Bad Santa. This is how it works: • Everyone buys a random gift for $15. • We draw names out of a hat and the person gets to choose any gift. • They can choose to keep their gift or steal from a person who has opened a present previously. The Popcorn Maker was hot property compared to a 24 pack of batteries. Merry Christmas from ARMA and we hope everyone has a enjoyable break and stays safe over the holiday period.
Big congratulations to our very own David Jovanov for taking home the top honor of NSW AICM Consultant of the year last night at the annual Pinnacle awards.
