Eddie has over 8 years’ experience working for some of the largest financial services, business information and most recently management consulting organisations.

Eddie brings an exceptionally well-rounded knowledge of the Credit and Collections industry having previous worked at Dun & Bradstreet for over 4 years leading the NSW sales team within the Risk Management Services (Credit Reporting) division. During his time at D&B, Eddie played a key role in the growth of D&B’s credit automation platform “Interflow”, having lead and been responsible for the most new implementations with large trade credit providers. As a result, Eddie was awarded D&B Sales Consultant of the Year in 2012.

Since 2013, Eddie has been working with many of Australia’s most progressive finance executives within the ASX100. Working within CEB’s Finance Practice, Eddie helped their members improve the performance of their team, create efficiencies through adopting best practice process and reducing their functional cost. Eddie’s comprehensive understanding of finance transformation and shared service implementation meant he was able to recommend actionable solutions to key industry challenges.

During his time at CEB, Eddie was recognised for his ability to challenge experienced finance executives thinking, while providing tailored insights for innovative solutions. He became a key member of the learning & development team for the new sales graduates, teaching them the globally recognised CEB Challenger methodology.

Eddie will be focusing on leading ARMA’s growth strategy and developing sales capability to enhance the positioning of ARMA’s key promise; Best practiced customer service, Industry leading recovery rates and Positive collection techniques.

Eddie will also be managing and looking to expand the current ARMA strategic partnerships with other industry leading and innovative organisations having built a very strong professional network.

Eddie holds a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Sport and Management from the University of Technology Sydney.
