Run2Cure Neuroblastoma

Tragically, my god daughter, Isabella White, was diagnosed with neuroblastoma in 2011, when she was only 20 months old. The diagnosis was devastating, and Isabella’s family soon came to realise that further knowledge was needed around the cause and treatment of this terrible disease. Neuroblastoma is the leading cause of cancer deaths of children under 5.

It’s the most common solid cancerous tumor found in young children, and for children with aggressive neuroblastoma the survival rate is just 40%. Every year, my family and I take part in the Run2Cure Neoroblastoma. At this years event our team raised $32,715.00 which was the largest contributor to the total amount of $186,000 raised.
